How we work

At W4 we work with Scrum, an agile approach, in so called sprints. This is rolled out over all our teams, not only the development teams, but also for marketing, content, design. The sprints are synchronized, so the start end end day of each teams sprint is the same. To having an overview of our sprint cycles and knowing until when tickets needs to be entered to be planned for the upcoming sprint, we would like to give you a short introduction here. 

Sprints...

• are work stages in which an increment is implemented.
• follow each other immediately.
• have a fix duration. In our case 8 working days.
• are never extended - it is over when the time is up.
• During a sprint, no changes are allowed that affect the sprint goal.
