W4 acquires the marketing department of Curagita AG

The W4 Deutschland GmbH has acquired the marketing department of Curagita AG on 1 May 2016. In light of the acquisition, W4 will open new offices. All current employees will keep their jobs and work for W4 going forward. All services for the radiology practices handled by the Curagita marketing department will be continued. Nothing changes for the members of the Radiolgienetz. 

W4 Services for the Radiology Practices:

• marketing consulting
• creating print products
• operating websites
• writing press releases
• conducting patient surveys
• production of radiologist magazine

The Curagita AG manages the German radiology network, in which around 360 independent radiologists (medical practices and hospital departments) are currently organized. 

Curagita AG's Services:

• operation of medical practices and hospital departments
•  sale of medical products, facilities, services and equipment
