HaslerRail AG is an international company that specializes in products and services for railway companies and service partners. To market the new EVA + software, we have developed an extensive web relaunch of HaslerRail's IOTrains platform. The modern design as well as the extensive login area ensure an optimal target group approach – a challenging project we were happy to realize.
Moreover, we have incorporated a collapsible FAQ feature for our customer and also integrated a blog into the website.
In addition to the best possible product presentation on the website, the creation of a license management platform was the main focus of this project. Through a login area, different user groups have to be able to register and manage their licenses as well as access other functions.
The goal was, among other things, that HaslerRail can generate and collect leads. Already existing agents, clients and salespersons should be able to view and manage their licenses through a single platform. Furthermore, agents and sales employees can view customers' licenses in their respective areas of responsibility.
As a first step, we had to develop a concept and design for the website before the content could be entered. The website of the international company is only available English. The most important products and services are presented in the form of small teasers on the homepage.
We have set up the login area and the license management platform with a content management system. For this, our IT experts have realized a login form from which users are forwarded to a Collaboration Hub (dashboard). Users have access to many features in this interface. Which of these functions are available depends on the respective rights of the various user groups. Salespersons, for example, can access more functions than prospects.
In terms of technical realization, we used the content management system TYPO3 (version 7.6.11). We were able to integrate the dashboard in such a way that it offers a user-friendly interface on which the users can enter and edit content independently.
W4 acted as a full-service agency in this project: concept, design as well as development and programming of the website were all handled by our IT and design experts.

The software platform is a win-win situation for users and HaslerRail AG alike. Users have a clear listing of their licenses and can easily manage them. The provider can update the collected user data in the same way. An assistant wizard makes it easy to create existing licenses for users.
