The website relaunch of tourasia.ch was an exciting project, during which W4 was able to implement their comprehensive technical know-how in many different ways. The renowned swiss tour operator tourasia.ch wanted a reissue of their website, which meets the requirements of today’s users. Together with the lead agency Top Line, W4 has implemented this project in as little as six months.
In order to realize this, our IT experts had to integrate different systems, which provide all relevant content for the individual websites. The integration of the cloud-based image and video management system Cloudinary was of utmost importance to our customer. It allows for a quick collection of relevant data directly from the cloud and their immediate presentation on the website. The obvious advantage: images are quickly available, which improves the loading speed of the pages. Moreover, the website is responsive and optimized for the usage on any device.
To present the user with a modern and interactive design of the website interface, our developers have used reactjs.org, the popular java script framework by Facebook.
Features like the powerful travel filter, the travel wish list as well as the presentation of detailed information for individually planned travels in the form of an automatically generated PDF file, all form part of tourasia.ch’s new website. These and other functions are made possible by intelligent connections to the company’s established systems, which our IT experts have integrated.
