ZURZACH Care, a leading provider in the field of rehabilitation and healthcare in German-speaking Switzerland, has a large number of rehabilitation clinics, ambulant centres and other facilities. In the process of rebranding from RehaClinic to ZURZACH Care, the digital presence was also to be revised. Thanks to our proven experience and expertise, particularly in the area of digital transformation, we were the ideal choice to design a modern and user-friendly website.
The challenge was to design a contemporary website as part of the rebranding from RehaClinic to ZURZACH Care. The aim was not only to create a professional and attractive presence that reflected the company's professionalism, but also to ensure that the various target groups - patients, referring physicians, employees and doctors – were addressed in the best possible way. A particular focus was placed on a user-friendly design to ensure that users can easily find their way around the site at all times.
The technological switch from WordPress to HubSpot was used to meet the requirements and enable more flexible customisation to ZURZACH Care's specific needs. The clear presentation of all the company's locations and services took centre stage to ensure an effective and user-friendly user journey.
In order to successfully implement the website relaunch for ZURZACH Care, W4 developed a holistic solution that was tailored to the company's specific requirements. The focus here was on various key aspects, in particular the user journey and a target group-specific approach.
The user journey, as a central aspect of the relaunch, was developed in intensive workshops together with ZURZACH Care. We placed particular emphasis on taking into account the needs of all target groups – from patients and referring physicians to employees and doctors. These findings were incorporated into the redesign of the digital structure to ensure a user-friendly experience.
All other work on the website was also always carried out with the user in mind. For example, clear illustrations of all ZURZACH Care locations and services were integrated to ensure straightforward and easy-to-understand navigation. Various services were specifically assigned to the corresponding locations to enable an efficient presentation of information. The search for services was made easier for patients by implementing tags, for example by linking pain to relevant services and locations. Various contact information per location and a location map rounded off the solution.
The appealing design and branding was done by another company. Our task was to integrate these creative elements seamlessly into the ZURZACH Care website. It was also important for us to ensure that the website was not only aesthetically pleasing, but also functional and informative. The programming, which took 8 to 10 weeks, not only provided smooth functionality, but also a flexible and easy-to-maintain structure. Overall, W4 was able to present a customised solution for ZURZACH Care's website relaunch that meets the highest standards.
